funkGen: a software function generator and filter toolkit

funkGen is a simple function generator (it can generato several basic waveforms such as periodic sines, and square waves, and aperiodic forms such as noise and pulses. But it can also combine those by adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing them.

The resulting 'generators' can then be processed, by taking an FFT (Fast Fourier Transform) or convolving/correlating signals.

Finally, the results can be dumps in text form, plotted, or exported as audio files in many formats.

All these possibilities make funkGen a useful teaching tool. Though for the moment it is run from the commandline, a GUI is almost ready.
